Anglais - Purchase suggestions
If our network doesn’t have the title you’re looking for, you can submit a purchase suggestion to us. To fill out the suggestion form, please send us the following information:
1- Family name and first name
2- Accès Longueuil card number
3- Document title
4- Author
5- Library where you want to pick up the document
As soon as we receive this information, your suggestion will be forwarded to one of our buyers.
If your suggestion is accepted, the reservation will appear in your file in a timely manner. We will call you once the document becomes available. Otherwise, you will receive a notice by mail explaining why your suggestion was refused.
The following terms apply to purchase suggestions:
1- Suggestions are accepted starting one month before the document’s release date.
